Most men are in more danger than they realise.

Not because life is falling apart,
but because things are just about okay.

But you don’t feel broken either.

So you stay busy.

You keep going.

You avoid looking too closely.

Until one of two things happens:

Either something gives—

your health, your relationship, or your direction.

Or…

You keep ticking along.

Slightly unfulfilled.

Constantly tired.

Quietly dissatisfied.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

It is possible step out of survival mode and into a more intentional way of living.
