My approach blends coaching and counselling principles and looks at the whole picture: mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. These areas are deeply connected, and when one is out of balance, it affects the rest.

All coaching sessions are designed to give you the space, structure, and guidance to do the work properly.

How it works

Each session is 60 minutes

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom

You’ll receive focused, one-to-one support tailored to your situation

This gives you the time to slow down, think clearly, and take meaningful action between sessions.

Commitment

Coaching is offered in blocks to ensure consistency and real progress:

  • 4-session block

  • 8-session block

Working in blocks allows us to go deeper, build trust, and create meaningful, lasting progress.

Investment

£100 per session

  • 4 sessions — £400

  • 8 sessions — £800
